There was football on this screen a split second before, with a nice clean shot of the Bucs logo centerfield… sorry Chris, I tried!

It was covered with “just enough” of some salsa made of raw onion, yellow corn, cilantro and some sort of sweet orange sauce… but they didn’t drown it in that stuff. The Boniato was like mashed potatoes, and the black beans were spiced just right. Yum! Pork looks good

The Food & Wine Festival has put me in the mood to try different cuisines. The menu for this place (the Latin Quarter) at Universal’s City Walk (aka, The Dark Side) looked interesting.
