The Piano Tuner (a Ruby Tuesday post)

The Piano Tuner, originally uploaded by Tink*~*~*.

The piano tuner’s truck was parked in someone’s driveway as I was out walking one day. I snapped this pic so I would have the number, as my piano has a few sticky keys. And then I realized it was a good Ruby Tuesday shot! However, I haven’t gotten around to calling yet. Now you will all have something you can use to pester me!

I loved the basket of peppers over at your site – excellent subject for Ruby Tuesday!

  2. Don’t you know it…I’m just the kind of gal to keep asking “how’s the piano?”. I think there are mice living in the back of our’s. It is in the garage, and I won’t look. I saw mouse poop on the keys and that was enough for me! Good luck with your’s. I hope you don’t have mice, too! :)

Nope, no mice. This here house is a critter-free zone. Nothing with fur, feathers, scales, wings or more than two legs is allowed to survive inside. Which explains why there’s no “Mr. Tink *~*~*” I guess LOL

Yes, I don’t know, maybe it is “cheating” but I don’t see much sense in posting two photos when one will suffice! I did forget to label this one for Wordless Wednesday, so thanks for the reminder – shall correct that right away!

  9. Will the piano tuner make the playing better? Our children took piano lessons for years, and a tuner didn’t help if they didn’t practice routinely…

Well, he can’t make me play any worse! Seriously – I took lessons for about a year when I was a kid and the rest of the time I’ve used the piano to learn my vocal music. I think I’d like to take lessons again, just for the fun of it. But I will never practice if the keys don’t all work and if it is out of tune.
