Found this guy on the beach on Sanibel Island and just HAD to photograph his t-shirt, which proclaims him to be “The Man From Nantucket”. There was a very popular and very dirty limerick regarding such a man that made the rounds when I was in grade school… might be you must have grown up in the American public school system to “get” this one.

Finally, able to catch up on the posts. Maybe you should catch one of those grasshoppers and keep it until it molts. Might be interesting. In a cage.

Oh no, Tink, I went to Catholic grammar school but certainly knew the limerick. I think any one who reads the back of his shirt can figure what the rhyming words are! Ha! Send me your home address and and I’ll send you a gen-u-ine little RED lighthouse.
