Good gawd that was awesome!!! Want to add what it was. Chick peas, corn, diced tomatoes/onions/other fun stuff served warm. It was absolutely delish! It’s called tomatican with manchego cheese. The wine was Montes Cabernet-Carmenere, and it was tolerable for a red, went well with the dish.

… we’ve returned to my room at the Dolphin to recharge the cell phone battery, which died while I was in mid-sentence on the phone with my friend Lisa.
