Ok so I didn’t go to Tepanyaki. I went to the Food and Wine Festival kiosk and I got brave with the sushi. Now granted, it is not tuna, it is crab but it is still sushi. It is not bad, and the wasabe and ginger are lovely for the sinuses. Has a few sesame seeds as well.
The sake is what is giving this less than a thumbs up. It has a very watery taste. I don’t know if that is how sake is supposed to be. Anyone know?

Saki rocks!!! Sushi —-meh…………..
Mr. Snowbird loves hot saki.
I’m not a sake fan, but I can tell you that it should NOT taste watery. It should have a good, slow burn going down.
I wanted to stop at that kiosk, but by the time we made it around there, I was so full! LOL!
Sake should definitely not taste watered down. Trust me. I know my alcohol.
