What’s a swalm Tink? I tried looking it up?
Sorry swalw!
Sorry, I was typing on the phone – I spelled it wrong.
It should be SWALE with an e on the end, and it’s a drainage ditch on the side of the road. Very common in Florida because of how much it rains during the rainy season. Also known as a “dry creek”
Could be that the Calusa Indians lived around there. Or some long ago hurricane flooded the land in your neck of the woods. I found a really great whelk in CROW’s driveway one time. Ya just never know!
I call that smart recycling! 😉
