Ribs are always good — how was the kimchi? My parents had a Korean houseguest when I was a kid who made it frequently, but I’ve never had it in a restaurant.
Gail, this dish was the saltiest thing I have ever tasted in my life. It was BAD. The wine was very sweet, not my cup of tea either. I don’t know what happened to the photo I took, but you’d have seen that there were too many bones and not enough meat for the ribs. Didn’t like it at all.
