Hummus, couscous salad, black bean salad, side garden salad, tabbouleh… You could make a meal for a family of 4 by getting one of each! They sell a bag of white rolls to go with, but I would prefer dippin’ veggies for the hummus – carrots, celery, bell pepper strips would all work. Rye bread would work too.
