  1. Yo *1L, nice to see you here. Hope you subscribed to comments so you’ll get this reply. There was lots and lots of cheese, the consistency of warm ricotta but not quite ricotta – probably the Greek equivalent. The noodles were actually like spaghetti, on the thick side, hollow (but the hollow was extremely narrow, like if you drove a darning needle down the center of the strand). There was also chunks of browned beef that had been cooked in tomato sauce AND CINNAMON! It was VERY heavy and half the portion would have done me fine.
