The bobotie desperately NEEDS the mango chutney. The wine is spicy and heavy. I like my perfume spicy and heavy. I like my wine to be crisp and clean tasting (well, except for saki that tastes like water!). The chutney saved this dish.

The tangerine trees trees in Epcot’s Morocco are in fruit. I love to pick off a leaf and crush it to get the aromatherapy effect.

Finishing my beer before moving on. I’m still sick with sneezles and sore throat, but those are somewhat mitigated by the adult beverages.

Ok so I didn’t go to Tepanyaki. I went to the Food and Wine Festival kiosk and I got brave with the sushi. Now granted, it is not tuna, it is crab but it is still sushi. It is not bad, and the wasabe and ginger are lovely for the sinuses. Has a few sesame seeds as well.

The sake is what is giving this less than a thumbs up. It has a very watery taste. I don’t know if that is how sake is supposed to be. Anyone know?

In addition to this, – am running a little late because a free-hosted board that I admin decided to go belly-up last night and I had to sit there comatose tring to remember everyone’s current email address to notify them… Maybe I should just host the board myself where the new blog http://MyMobileAdventures is hosted. Backup and restoration would then be subject to an SLA, at least!
